IELTS ROOM is an independent IELTS practice platform at ieltsroom.uz, operated by Muhammadsodiq Mahammadov. For privacy questions or account requests, contact support@ieltsroom.uz.
Information used by the service
We store your account identifier, display name and sign-in provider. If you choose a login and password, we store your login and a password hash. We also store your practice answers, scores, saved sessions, practice time and challenge progress so you can resume learning and review your work.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides a verified account identifier and basic profile information. IELTS ROOM uses the identifier and display name to create or find your account. The current integration requests the openid and profile permissions. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts. Google credentials are used to authenticate your session, not to advertise to you or train AI models.
Telegram sign-in and bot messages
If you use Telegram, we use your Telegram account ID and name to sign you in. When you allow bot messages or start the bot, it may send your website login details and account notifications. Passwords queued for delivery to Telegram are encrypted on our server and removed from the delivery queue after successful sending. Delivered messages remain in your Telegram conversation until you remove them there.
Writing drafts and Speaking recordings
Writing drafts are saved in local browser storage on your device. Speaking uses your microphone only after you start recording and grant permission. Recordings are held in the current page for playback and download; leaving or reloading the page removes these in-memory recordings. IELTS ROOM does not permanently store Speaking audio on its server. If you sign in with Telegram and choose to send a recording, the audio and its question are relayed through our server to your own bot conversation. Telegram retains that message until you delete it there. Automatic sending is optional and off by default. Writing and Speaking currently provide no AI assessment.
Cookies and technical information
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the sign-in process. The session cookie lasts up to 30 days; temporary authentication cookies last about 10 minutes. Our server processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for security, abuse prevention and operation. Your browser may keep cached site resources and local practice state for offline use.
Usage analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand visits, important button clicks, active time, test activity and purchases on the website and Telegram bot. A random first-party visitor cookie lasts up to one year. Signed-in activity is associated with your account for administrator reports. We record page paths, safe campaign labels and referring domains, but not form contents, passwords, card details, receipt contents, chat text or raw IP addresses in analytics. We do not record your screen. Detailed events are retained for 90 days, with daily summaries for up to 24 months. Background or idle tabs are excluded from estimated active time. Contact support to request deletion of associated analytics.
Use and sharing
We use these data to provide accounts, save learning progress, deliver requested bot messages, provide support and protect the service. The service relies on its hosting provider and the sign-in providers you choose. Telegram processes bot messages. Support email is forwarded through ImprovMX to our Gmail support inbox. We do not sell your account information or use Google user data for advertising.
Retention and your choices
Account and practice records are retained to maintain your learning history. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your account and associated practice records, email support@ieltsroom.uz. We may need to confirm account ownership before acting. You can change your display name and local sign-in details from My account. You can remove Google access in your Google Account settings, or disconnect the bot in Telegram; disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete your IELTS ROOM records.
Security and updates
We use HTTPS, password hashing, signed session validation and protected session cookies. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This page will be updated when the service’s data practices change.
